For over a decade, I served in the military. But when I reached a point where I felt like I was suffocating under the weight of my own success, I knew it was time for a change. I chose to leave behind everything I thought I should be doing and lean into what truly felt right for me. That was the moment I decided to follow my soul’s calling.

Leaving behind a stable career to step into a life of uncertainty wasn’t easy, but it was the most liberating choice I’ve ever made. Through coaching, personal development, and deep inner work, I’ve discovered that it’s not about pushing yourself harder, it’s about aligning with your true self.

Now, I work with high-performing women who feel like they’ve hit a wall. I help them reconnect to their bodies, heal their minds, and tap into their feminine power. I show them how to live with purpose and ease, without compromising their wellbeing or joy.
